Each semester, our Co-Ed Business Fraternity attracts ambitious Kelley School of Business students with the drive and desire to positively impact the community. The Kappa Sigma chapter puts an emphasis on helping our chapter members grow both personally and professionally. Throughout the semester, brothers are invited and encouraged to attend a variety of networking events which have led to many of our members receiving internships. Located right in the heart of downtown Indy, chapter members get exclusive access to professional development opportunities.
Community service has always been a core value of Delta Sigma Pi. An abundance of opportunities are given to brothers to help make a difference on both the campus and in the surrounding Indianapolis community. Ronald McDonald House, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, and Gleaners Food Bank are some of the main non-profits we partner with. Last year, the Kappa Sigma chapter volunteered around 600 hours as a group!
The friendships and connections you create during your time in the Kappa Sigma Chapter are lifelong. Many of our brothers are seen hanging out in the orange space on campus between classes or they make plans every weekend. Events during the semester such as volleyball games, BBQ's, spring break trips, and concerts are created in order to foster a strong sense of family within the Fraternity.
Recruitment
How recruitment works for Fall 2025
Throughout the first few weeks of the Fall 2025 semester, Delta Sigma Pi will offer events for potential members to attend. We hold a variety of events both in person and virtual that allow you to get to know our chapter as well as for our chapter to get to know you. There is no official need to go to every event, but the more events you attend the more the brothers get to know you. The only event that you would be required to attend is Meet the Chapter. At Meet the Chapter, you will have the opportunity to speak with all the brothers and will be interviewed by two brothers. We will then vote as a chapter on who we believe embodies the characteristics of a brother and share our ideals.
